Every donation helps to rebuild our community and change someone's life.
Many individuals, families, churches and other groups support Habitat of Lenawee through monetary and non-monetary means such as prayer; on-site labor of plumbers, carpenters or electricians; providing lunches to the work crew; or advocating for Habitat's mission to maintain affordable housing.
Volunteer Your Time
Our organization receives no government funds to build or rehab Habitat homes; we rely strictly on volunteers and the generosity of community members to succeed.

Purchase a Pasty from the Pasty Project. Beef, Veggie and Apple Pasties are sold for $5 each - available all year long at the Habitat office & the ReStore.
Buy a ticket and attend Mom Prom. Invite friends and family to join you for this annual ladies night out event that has all kinds of ways to donate including asking your company to sponsor a table, purchasing tickets, bidding on silent auction items, or making a Raise the Roof donation.
Make a Monetary or Legacy Commitment
Every monthly or yearly tithes help Habitat to continue its housing ministry. Donations can be made to Habitat for Humanity of Lenawee County (HFHLC) by using a secure blue DONATE button to the left or checks may be mailed directly to our office at 1205 E. Beecher Street, Adrian, MI 49221. Donations can be made on behalf of or in memory of other individuals, as well. Please note any recognition you would like sent to those individuals.
Whether you act alone, as part of a family, church, school, club or other organization, any donation you make to Habitat of Lenawee will support work in your community.
YOU can become a "Habitat House Warmer", any person, group, or organization can make a commitment to our Habitat affiliate to donate a specific amount of money ($25 or more) each time a Habitat home is completed. This donation can be made automatically using a credit card authorization form. This commitment helps to continue neighborhood revitalization in Lenawee County. We will honor the request of those contributors who wish to remain anonymous as well.
Leave a legacy, talk with your Financial Adviser about adding Habitat of Lenawee as your beneficiary to your estate or trust. In addition to monetary legacy gifts, also consider the donation of a house, lot, or remaining property.
Habitat for Humanity is a recognized 501 (3) (c) organization and donations are tax-deductible; see your tax accountant for specific details. All donations remain in Lenawee County to help build/rehab homes which can be purchased by local low to middle income families as well as offer low-income homeowners a way to perform critical repairs. Habitat for Humanity of Lenawee County aims to enable low-income families in our community to reach their goal of homeownership and eliminate the number of families living in substandard housing by providing first rate, energy efficient homes with affordable no profit mortgages.
Donate to the ReStore
The Habitat ReStore, staff and volunteers, accepts donations of NEW and gently used building materials, appliances, and household items Tuesday through Saturday. We are open to the public to sell donated items to raise money to fund our mission of eliminating substandard housing in Lenawee County. The ReStore provides an affordable avenue for home improvement projects, while keeping tons of reusable items out of a landfill. Donation Pick-up Service is available, call 517-266-0746 to schedule.
